I am a certified nutritionist who helps people find their way to a balanced diet, without strict, extreme diets or constant guilt. My approach is a combination of modern science, the realities of everyday life and sincere support.
I have been working for many years and I am constantly deepening my knowledge: I take training courses, follow new research and exchange experience with colleagues. I work with a variety of requests - from improving digestion and skin condition to losing weight or stabilising energy throughout the day.
In my work, it is important for me not just to give you a list of ‘allowed’ foods. My goal is to help you understand how your body works, why certain habits are right for you, and how to build your diet in a realistic, convenient and stress-free way.
